I'm an expert in nervous system stability and a stability and high performance mentor based in the Netherlands. 

For almost two decades I ran my own retail business, and I know firsthand what it feels like when your business runs you instead of the other way around.

After selling my business, I combined my experience as an entrepreneur with my background in yoga, breathwork, martial arts, and nervous system regulation. That became my signature method for helping my clients.

Today I work with entrepreneurs who feel stuck and overwhelmed when it comes to making the right business decisions and creating a proper work-life balance. The main reason for this is mostly a lack of overview and clarity.
